Why Can't I Use a Particular Bank Account?

Plaid account is not approved for use
Plaid-connected accounts that aren't approved for use are due to identity mismatches. From the information we get from Plaid for those accounts, the account does not appear to belong to the related Astra User.
We recommend fetching account data (owner name and other identifying information) via Plaid before adding the account to a User in Astra.
If you have evidence (such as a bank statement) that confirms the Astra User does indeed own the related account, we're happy to review that information and review the account for potential approval via support ticket via your Support Portal, or the chat widget in your Astra Dashboard. Simply select the Review Bank Account for Approval option and fill out details for 1 bank account for 1 User.
