Transactional Emails

In order to remain in compliance with Regulation E, Astra is required to send the following transactional email: Transfer Processed
This email is sent to the sending User / Entity only when the Astra Transfer has processed. If the Transfer results in a failed status, Astra does not send a transactional email to the User.
Transfer Processed emails are white labeled with a program's logo and include a link to the program's support URL or support email, which are configured via the Astra Dashboard.
White Label Assets
Email Assets:
- From Name: e.g. Astra
- From Email Address: e.g. no-reply@support.astra.com
Design Logos:
- Email (150x65px and 300x130px)
- Icon (150x150px - must have same width/height)
Please note: Astra will share DNS records for your team to configure. Once configured, we'll verify that the records have been added and confirm that these emails are being sent.
Transactional Email Delegation
Program's have the opportunity to own the scope of sending these emails.
Requirements:
If your program is going to own the scope of these emails, these emails must include the following information:
the date the transfer was processed
the amount
the last 4 digits of the account or debit card in which the funds came from
Additionally, these emails must be sent only once the Astra Transfer has a status of processed.
Approval
In order to be approved for transactional email delegation, program's must submit a template or real-world example containing the requirements outlined above. Once submitted, Astra's compliance team will review. If approved, Astra will configure your client such that Astra's transactional emails are no longer sent.
