How to search for a User Intent in the Astra Dashboard

Navigate to the Astra Dashboard

Click on User Intents from the left menu

This will navigate you to the User Intents Search Page

Search by various parameters

• Status - The User Intent status

• First Name - The first name submitted when the User Intent was created

• Last Name - The last name submitted when the User Intent was created

• Phone - The phone number submitted when the User Intent was created

• Email - The email address submitted when the User Intent was created

• User Intent ID - Directly by the known user_intent_id

  • This is also the ID column in the User Intent results table. Use this when interfacing with Astra Support
