User Intent Status Breakdown

• pending: The User Intent has been provisioned in Astra's system and we're running various high-resolution checks against their information. This typically resolves within a few seconds, moving on to approved or rejected.

  • Your system will receive a user_intent_updated webhook once the User Intent status changes from pending.

• approved: The User Intent is in good standing.

• rejected: The User Intent did not receive a passing grade on one or more of Astra's high-resolution checks.

• converted_to_user: The User Intent was used to successfully complete onboarding. A User has been provisioned in Astra's system. Only Users can add cards, add accounts, and create routines.

  • A User Intent that has converted to a User will have a link available that takes you directly to the User profile page (see below).
