Support Portal Overview

On the Main Navigation page, select Resources > Support

Key Features:

  • Can see all of your open tickets that have been answered, or that are waiting for a response from you

  • Can see all closed tickets, and filter by date range

  • Can create new support tickets

  • Can also access Core Documentation

  • Can also access Knowledge Base where you can find articles and guides to help answer your questionsÂ
