Production Integration Guide

Last updated: July 1, 2026

What to expect during your integration process

We're excited to move you to production. Follow this guide to complete your production integration and go live.

Integration steps

1. Create your production client

We'll create your production client. You'll also need to create your Business Profile — this information is required for KYB (Know Your Business) verification. Once that's done, we'll configure your client and you'll be ready to start testing.

2. Review the Production Checklist and guides

Read the Production Checklist and all supporting guides. These documents list every requirement for your integration.

3. Complete production testing

Run all required production testing scenarios from the checklist. Make sure your integration handles each case correctly before moving forward.

Note: Production testing is limited to low dollar amounts, typically $10 per transfer. Your limits will increase once you get Go-Live approval.

4. Submit your deliverables

Submit all required items from the checklist. For each item, add a note with:

  • Successful transfer IDs

  • Demo videos

  • Rollout plans (important: reserves will be calculated based on your rollout plan)

  • Any items marked as "Client" in the checklist

Heads up: Before you submit, double-check each row. Incomplete notes are the most common cause of delays, but we're here to help you get it right.

5. Complete your test cases

You can complete test cases at the same time as the Production Checklist or after. Your Technical Account Manager will review all test cases you submit.

6. Ask questions in Slack

Use Slack to ask questions during your integration. Tag @Astra Support so the right team sees your message.

7. Astra reviews your deliverables

After you submit, our team reviews everything for completeness and accuracy. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

8. Technical Account Manager performs API Log Review

Your Technical Account Manager reviews your API logs to validate how your integration behaves, handles errors, and uses the API overall.

9. Make revisions if needed

If we find issues, we'll let you know. Common items that need updates:

  • Transfer details or IDs

  • Demo video content or quality

  • Issues from the API Log Review

Our team will provide clear, actionable feedback to help you resolve any issues quickly.

10. Final review before Go-Live approval

Before we grant Go-Live approval, our team conducts a final review to ensure everything is in order:

  • All deliverables have been reviewed and approved

  • All invoices are up to date

  • Reserves are in place and calculated accurately based on your rollout plan

  • All outstanding items have been resolved

11. Go live

Congratulations! Once everything is approved, you'll get full production API access and Go-Live approval to officially launch your Astra integration.
