Path to Go Live Timeline: What to expect

Most integrations reach go-live in about six weeks. Here's what you'll do at each step.

1. Sign your contract — Week 1 Your integration process begins.

2. Join the integration kick off call — Week 1 You'll align with our team on your use case, your timeline, and how the integration process works.

3. Complete the sandbox checklist — Week 2 Work through each item, then send us your demo video and sandbox transfer IDs.

4. Run your test cases — Weeks 3–4 Complete and pass every required test case in the sandbox.

5. Sandbox API log review — Weeks 3–4 Your technical account manager reviews your sandbox API logs in tandem with your test cases, so anything that needs fixing surfaces early instead of at the end.

6. Receive production API access — Week 4 Once your test cases pass and your sandbox logs are approved, you'll be granted production API access.

7. Complete the production checklist — Weeks 5–6 Work through each item and submit your production demo video and transfer IDs.

8. Production API log review — Week 6 After you submit your production checklist, we complete your production API log review. This is the final step before you're granted go-live access.

9. Go live — Week 6 Follow your rollout plan and launch.
